Classic Mojito

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups about 2 dozen ice cubes
  • 3 oz rum white
  • 1 Cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 4 Tablespoons sugar more if you prefer
  • Juice of one lime
  • Lime slices for serving
  • Small bunch of fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • In your blender add the ice, rum, sparkling water, sugar and lime juice. Blend until you have a slushy consistency. This won't take too long. Well, depending on how well your blender blends.
  • Have ready two cocktail glasses. Place a small amount of mint leaves in the bottom of each cocktail glass. Fill the glass with the cocktail and garnish with a lime slice and a mint leaf. Ready to serve and enjoy.
