In a large skillet set over medium high heat, add the ground beef, garlic, cumin, onion powder, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir around the seasoning and start breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Continue doing this, getting all seasoning into the meat. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the beef is cooked throughout. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
While the beef is cooking, wrap your tacos in aluminum foil and warm them in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for about 10 minutes.
Lay all your stuff out on a big wooden board and let people dig in. I usually spoon on the beef, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, fresh coriander and top with Greek yogurt. Food made easy!
