Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and have ready a large baking sheet.
In a small saucepan set over medium low heat, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce, Tobasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Give a good stir, bring to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Cook the wings for 5-7 minutes in batches. Drain on paper towels. Toss the wings in the sauce and then lay them out on the baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes, turning once while cooking.
Remove from oven and serve with your favourite dipping sauces.
