Ingredients

  • 12 fresh figs
  • 3 oz goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped
  • fresh chives

Instructions

  • Cut the figs length ways and place them out on a large clean tray or plate.
  • Cut the goat cheese into small pieces. Alternatively, you could crumble the goat cheese. Roughly chop the pecans and finely chop the chives.
  • Top each fig with a piece of goat cheese, chopped pecans and a few chives.
  • Make up to eight hours before serving.
