5 Ingredient Tagliatelle

Get dinner on the table in a hurry with this 5 Ingredient Tagliatelle dish. A super quick pasta dish using minimal ingredients to make it fuss free but delivering on flavour. A great quick and easy mid week meal for the entire family. Great served with a crisp fresh salad for a bigger dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Tagliatelle
  • 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic crushed
  • Small bunch fresh chopped basil

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes, Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet set over medium heat, add the pasta, olive oil, garlic, parmesan and garlic. Stir well over medium heat for about a minute. Add fresh basil, give a quick stir and serve.
