Looking for an afternoon pick me up? Then I got it for you today with this Instant Iced Coffee. Made using instant coffee, milk, sugar, a dash of vanilla and ice. This cafe inspired drink is done at home in just minutes and the cost is minimal but delivers big on the taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 2 Teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1/3 Cup boiling water
  • 2 Cups milk
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar if required
  • Dash vanilla/almond extract
  • Lots of small ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a small glass, add the instant coffee, boiling water and sugar (if using). Stir well and put in the fridge to cool for about 15 minutes.
  • In a large glass jug, add the ice & cooled coffee mixture. Give a good stir. Add milk and vanilla or almond extract. Stir really well and serve immediately.
