Creamy Greek Yoghurt Dressing

If you don't already make your own salad dressings, why not start today!  This Creamy Greek Yoghurt Dressing is put together in under 10 minutes with some very basic ingredients.  It is so good, it will make you skip the salad dressing isle the next time you are picking up groceries.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 3 Garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine the yoghurt, olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar. Whisk to combine. Add the garlic, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Stir in parmesan cheese until combined. Store in and glass jar and refrigerate until read to use. Shake before use.
