Baked Cajun Shrimp
These Baked Cajun Shrimp come together quickly using a Homemade Cajun Seasoning. This shrimp dish is baked not fried and full of flavour with a little heat. Great served with lemon wedges or your favourite dipping sauces.

1 lb jumbo shrimp 1 teaspoon sweet paprika 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 425 degrees f/218 degrees c.
Peel and devein the shrimp leaving the tails in tact.
In a small bowl combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, thyme, chili flakes and salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
Combine the shrimp with the homemade cajun seasoning and olive oil. Stir well to combine.
Place shrimp on a baking tray and bake for about 10 minutes or until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
