ThisWhite Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels Recipe makes a great holiday snack. Mini pretzels dipped in melted white chocolate and sprinkled with crushed candy canes. An easy and festive treat that's great for snacking and even edible gifts.
Place 2/3 of the chopped chocolate in a double boiler set over medium heat. Stir until it melts. Remove from heat and add remaining chocolate continuing to stir until you have melted chocolate.
Lay out a large sheet of parchment paper and set aside.
Using a fork, dip the pretzels in the melted chocolate and coat completely. Place on parchment paper when they are coated.Alternatively, you could drizzle over white chocolate for a partially coated effect.
Sprinkle over crushed up candy canes.
Leave to dry for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Store in an airtight container at room temperature up to two weeks.
