Chocolate Chip Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups all purpose flour
  • 2 Teaspoons sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 Cups whole milk
  • 2 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and the melted butter. Whisk to combine.
  • Add milk mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk until combine. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Grease a preheated waffle maker. Pour batter in until the bottom is completely covered. Put lid down and cook for about 3 - 5 or until golden and risen. Remove waffle and repeat for further waffles.
  • Show served here with fresh berries.
