Ingredients

  • 16 - 20 Endive leaves
  • 1 Cup dried figs roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup soft goat cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 Cup almonds roughly chopped
  • Small bunch of fresh chives roughly chopped
  • Balsamic reduction

Instructions

  • Fill the cups evenly. Starting with the figs, goats cheese and topping with almonds. Garnish with fresh chives and a drizzle of balsamic reduction. Done!
