With a little time and few ingredients, you can have these Spiced Honey Lime Shrimp on the table in no time at all. Tender and juicy shrimpmarinaded with tart lime, sweet honey and a lick of sriracha. Great served as an appetizer or with some Fried Rice as a main course.

Ingredients
1lbShrimpraw, (approximately 20 - 25)
2tbspSriracha sauce
1tbsphoney
1tbspsoy sauce
1/2wholelime
1/2tspsalt
For Garnish
1limecut into wedges
2smallGreen onionsfinely diced
Instructions
Peel and clean the shrmip.
In a medium bowl, combine the sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauce, lime juice and salt. Whisk to combine.
Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
Arrange about 5 shrimps on each skewer.
Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat and add a little olive oil.
Place all the skewers in the skillet and allow each side to cook for about 3 - 4 minutes. Press down firmly with a spatula to ensure even cooking.
Remove immediatley when cooked and squeeze over extra lime juice and sprinke with green onions. Serve immediately.
