This Lemon Garlic Butter Pasta is easy, quick and very satisfying. Tender cooked pasta in a creamy butter & lemon pasta sauce. Using fresh lemon juice and zest for the best flavour. Put it on your dinner rotation this week!
In a large pot, cook pasta according to package. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet set over medium high heat, add the butter and garlic. Let the butter melt and come to a sizzle. Add onions and sautee down for about 5 - 8 minutes.
Stir in cream, stock, lemon juice and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer and let thicken for a few minutes.
Add in pasta, cheese, parsley and basil. Season with a little salt and pepper and serve straight away.
