Chopped Salad with a Dill Dressing

Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce roughly torn
  • 1 Avocado diced
  • 2 Tomatoes diced
  • 2 Boiled eggs chopped
  • 1/2 Red onion thinly sliced

For the dressing:

  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup Greek yogurt
  • Big bunch of freshly chopped fresh dill it has to be fresh (use as much as you like)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  • Add all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk well to combine. Set aside.
  • In a large salad bowl, add the lettuce and toss with the onions. Top with tomatoes, avocados & eggs. Pour over dressing and toss just before serving.
