Easy Beef Wraps

Make dinner simple with these Easy Beef Wraps. Ground beef cooked in some simple spices, wrapped inside a flour tortilla with your favourite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 8 Tortilla wraps
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 Cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 Spring onions finely chopped
  • 2 ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 Teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/4 Cup water
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Wrap the tortillas in foil and place them in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • In a medium skillet set over medium heat, add the olive oil, garlic and onion. Stir and let cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, stir around really well and it will start to cook quite quickly. Keep separating the meat with a wooden spoon until it is cooked completely, about 10 minutes. Add the cumin, paprika, chilli, salt, pepper, water and tomato paste. Stir really well until combined and remove from heat.
  • Lay out the wraps and fill each one with the meat, top with cheese, spring onion and tomato. Ready!
