Thread 3 shrimps on each kebab stick. Keep them towards the bottom of the stick so the top half you have something to hold on to.
Heat a large skillet and add the olive oil and garlic. Fry for just a minute and then add as many kebabs as your pan can handle. I can fit about 5 comfortably in mine. Cook for about 4 minutes and then turn over to cook the other side. Cook for about r 4 minutes or until shrimp is completely cooked. Now add the juice all over the shrimp and remove from pan.
I love these hot off the stove, but you can easily serve them room temperature at parties, gatherings and lunches
