Ingredients
8ozgoat cheese logcut into 10 slices
1/4cup bread crumbsfine
1 tspgarlic powder
1/2tsp oregano
1eggwhisked
1/4 cup vegetable oilfor frying
Instructions
Cut the goat cheese log into 10 slices.
On a large clean plate, combine the bread crumbs with the oregano and garlic powder. Whisk to combine.
Dip each slice of cheese in the whisked egg and then coat in bread crumbs. Repeat for all and place on a clean plate.
Heat oil in a large skillet set over medium to high heat. Add the cheese, making sure the oil sizzles. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until golden and then flip over and cook for a further 2 minutes or until golden.
Remove from pan and drain quickly on paper towels. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
