Preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC and line a large baking sheet with aluminium foil. Place a baking rack on top of the baking sheet.
Lay out all the strips of bacon on the baking sheet and make sure they are not overlapping. Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar over bacon.
Place the bacon in the oven with the oven rack set in the middle of the oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, rotating the baking sheet half way through baking.
Remove from oven and dab with paper towels to remove any excess fat. Can be served immediately or stored for later.
