Ingredients
6ripe peaches
2tablespoonsbutter
2tablespoonsbrown sugar
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F/190 degrees C. Have ready a deep sided casserole dish and set aside.
Cut all the peaches in half and remove the stone. Place the peaches in the casserole dish, cut side up.
Combine the brown sugar with the cinnamon and whisk to combine. Evenly sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over all the peaches. Dot the butter over the peaches ensuring that all the peaches have a little butter.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until softened and golden. Remove from oven.
Serve hot just as they are or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
