In a large bowl, combine the unsweetened coconut with the condensed milk. Stir to combine.
Scoop out some of the mixture with a tablespoon and form into balls. Next roll them in extra coconut. Place on a baking tray. Repeat for all mixture. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set and chill.
Remove from the fridge when ready to serve.
