Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 stalks celery washed, cleaned and cut into approximately 3 inch pieces

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, fresh chives (reserving a few for garnish), dried dill, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
  • Use a hand held mixer and mix until it's smooth, about one minute.
  • Lay out your celery stick pieces and use a teaspoon to fill the celery. Repeat for all celery pieces.
  • Arrange the celery sticks on a serving platter and garnish with extra fresh chopped chives. Serve immediately.
