Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees f/200 degrees c. Have ready a large baking tray and set aside.
  • Place the chicken thighs on the baking tray and pat them dry with paper towels. Make sure they are completely dry so the seasoning sticks well.
  • In a small bowl combine the olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, onion powder, sweet paprika and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  • Brush the chicken with the seasoning and make sure to completely coat the chicken.
  • Bake the chicken for about 40 minutes or until it's baked through. Remove from oven, garnish if desired with chives or parsley.
