Fig and Brie Appetizer Bites

These Fig and Brie Appetizer Bites are the perfect little grown up appetizer. Puff pastry topped with brie cheese, fresh figs and drizzled with balsamic glaze!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry enough to cut out 15 circles with a 2 inch cookie cutter
  • 3 oz Brie cheese cut into slices
  • 4 fresh figs cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Lay the pastry circles on top of the baking tray. Top each pastry round with a piece of cheese and then a fig slice. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until puffed and golden.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and top with fresh chives. Serve hot or at room temperature.
