Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 4 oz pepperoni chopped
  • 1 egg whisked

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC and have ready a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Use a pumpkin cookie cutter and cut out as many pumpkins as you can. I got 15 from my cookie cutter. Place all the puff pastry shapes on the baking tray.
  • Top the pastry with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, oregano and chopped pepperoni. Lightly brush the edges with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and puffed up. Serve hot or at room temperature.
