Make these fun Halloween Puff Pastry Pizzas this spooky season. A fun, easy and tasty treat that the kids will love. Made with store bought puff pastry and a few basic pizza toppings.
Preheat oven to 350ºF/180ºC and have ready a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Use a pumpkin cookie cutter and cut out as many pumpkins as you can. I got 15 from my cookie cutter. Place all the puff pastry shapes on the baking tray.
Top the pastry with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, oregano and chopped pepperoni. Lightly brush the edges with the beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and puffed up. Serve hot or at room temperature.
