Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs turkey cutlets
  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 f/190 c, and grease a large baking sheet with the olive oil. Set aside.
  • In a large shallow bowl combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, salt and black pepper. Combine well.
  • Pat dry the turkey cutlets and coat in the bread crumb mixture. Make sure to press firmly so the mixture sticks.
  • Place all the breaded turkey pieces on the baking tray. Bake for about 25 minutes until the turkey is completely cooked through and slightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
