Preheat oven to 425ºF/220ºC and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, add the butter, garlic, salt and fresh parsley. Set over low heat until it sizzles, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Arrange the broccolini on the baking tray, making sure they do not overlap. Drizzle over the garlic butter and arrange the lemon slices. Roast for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle over the parmesan cheese. Return to oven for another 5 - 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
