This Breaded Perch with a Curry Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce was an absolute delicious dinner. As big as the name is, it’s not difficult and cooks in no time at all.
What’s This Breaded Perch Dish Like
- Difficulty – A pretty easy dish to make with two components that comes together under 30 minutes.
- Taste – The fish is meaty and has a subtle flavour to it and the topping gives it a crisp bite. The mayonnaise dipping sauce is creamy with a hint of curry flavour.
- Serving – This recipe will easily serve 4 people.
That is how the inspiration for tonightโs dinner came about. Okay this fish is crusted in bread crumbs, but the dipping sauce is similar to one we had in the restaurant. A very simple mayonnaise based sauce with a hint of curry. A bit of tang and a bit of spice to go alongside a very succulent white fish. Dinner served!
