REMEMBER, The full recipe and instructions is located at the end of the post in the recipe card.
Instructions
- On a large plate, combine 1 tablespoon of the paprika with the salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Coat the chicken in this mixture and set aside.
- In a large skillet set over medium to high heat, add the olive oil, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 3-4 minutes. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the reserved skillet set over medium to high heat, add the chicken tenders and cook each side for about 5 five minutes. If needed, add a little more olive oil. Remove from pan and set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package. Drain, reserving a cup of the pasta water, and set aside.
- To the same skillet, add the cream, reserved pasta water, cheese, remaining paprika, and basil. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and stir well. Add chicken tenders, top with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes About This Dish
This was quick, all cooked in under 30 minutes. I call that quick. Much like the Sun Dried Tomato Spaghetti with Bacon, it’s delish! I still have hardly ever managed a 10 minute dinner. As appealing as it sounds, I have found little success with that time scale. Maybe I just work really slow? In any case, this dish is simple and quick enough for mid week dinners. A great family pleaser.
