Ingredients

  • Puff pastryย โ€“ I used a sheet of ready to roll frozen puff pastry. You can easily find this in the freezer section of most supermarkets.
  • Hamย โ€“ I used a thinly sliced smoked deli ham.
  • Cheeseย โ€“ I opted for a mild cheddar. I used cheese slices but shredded is good as well.
  • Butterย โ€“ Just before baking the tops of the pastry is brushed with melted butter. This adds a little layer of flavour as well as gives them a golden touch.
