Up your cocktail game this summer with these refreshing Mango Margaritas. Made with fresh mangoes, tequila, lime juice and Cointreau liqueur for a bursting fresh flavour. Add them to your next summer party or patio sipping Saturday.
These are just so delicious! I can’t express how delicious they are through words, so you are going to have to make them for yourself. I made these for the first time at a party two summers ago and I loved them then and I still love them now.
The idea for this cocktail came from The Pioneer Woman. I didn’t follow that recipe exactly, so I kind of came up with my own version. However, I did do the sugar lime rim exactly as she did in hers. So delicious!
If you’re into summer cocktails, you got to try these Mango Margaritas. Light, fresh and a definite kick. Serve some Veggie Nachos on the side for summer snacking and to help absorb that tequila….hahaha.
When I served these to friends recently, they were welcomed with opened arms. We nibbled on some Spiced Spicy Fried Shrimp with a Minted Yogurt Dip and the Chicken and Avocado Salad Cups. Yum!
Here’s a Few More Fresh Summer Drinks
Enjoy the cocktails friends and I’ll see you all tomorrow with something new to share!

- Grate a lime for the zest and mix this with the sugar and add a squeeze of lime juice and mix it up well. With another lime section, rub it around the rim of your cocktail glass.
