Are you tired of getting dinner on the table EVERY SINGLE NIGHT? Well, I know for me, it’s my biggest pet peeve…hahaha. You might say, “But Julia, it’s what you do, you cook!”. True, it is what I do. But like all of us, at the end of a long working day, sometimes we just need a Quick Dinner.

Despite writing recipes for a living these days (Yes, I’ve finally turned my Blog into a business with Mediavine!), I don’t always have much time at the end of a working day for dinner. Our weekday dinners are usually quick, easy and on the table in under 30 minutes flat.

Insert this Zesty Pan Seared Salmon for your next quick mid week dinner when you need a quick and tasty dinner.
