There is no magic here friends, just put it in a bowl, toss it together and enjoy! Literally, it is a 5 minute salad because there is hardly any chopping at all.

Yes, you can prepare this salad in advance. If doing so, don’t add the balsamic glaze until just before serving as it will soak into the leaves and make them soggy.

What Would be great to serve with this Salad
So many options! We had this at the weekend and served it with the Crispy Cod Cakes with Parsley Sauce. So good! It would go great with so many chicken dishes like the Slow Cooker Lemon & Rosemary Chicken or the Stuffing Topped Turkey Tenderloin.
No only is it great as a side dish, I’ve enjoyed this many times as just a lunch with some fresh bread or on it’s own. Garlic Knots go great with any salad!

5 Minute Goat Cheese and Pecan Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups Arugula leaves
- 6 oz Goat cheese cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Pecans roughly chopped
- small bunch chives finely chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Place the arugula leaves in a large salad bowl and mix in the fresh chives. Toss really well.
- Add the goat cheese and pecans.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle over sea salt. Serve immediately.
