What is this Halloween Recipe Like
- Difficulty – This is a super easy recipe using just 6 ingredients and you can have fun making them with the kids.
- Taste – A light and flaky crust topped with your favourite Pizza flavour.
- Serving – I used one sheet of puff pastry and got 15 mini pizzas. How many you get will depend on the size of your cookie cutter. Mine was a three inch (approximately) cookie cutter.

Ingredients
- Puff pastry – I used the ready to roll puff pastry. You can usually find this in the chiller section of your supermarket.
- Pizza sauce – Why not try Easy Pizza Sauce or just buy the stuff in the supermarket.
- Mozzarella cheese – I used shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Oregano – Just regular dried oregano.
- Pepperoni – Make sure to chop your pepperoni up small to get the perfect bite.
- Egg – I used a whisked egg to brush the edges of the pizza. This will give it a golden touch.
NOTE, The full recipe and ingredient list can be found at the end of the post in the recipe card.

Instructions
- Preheat oven – Preheat oven to 350ยบF/180ยบC and have ready a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Cut out pumpkin shapes – Unroll the puff pastry sheet. Use a pumpkin cookie cutter and cut out as many pumpkins as you can. I got 15 from my cookie cutter. Place all the puff pastry shapes on the baking tray.
- Top pizzas – Top the pastry with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, oregano and chopped pepperoni. Lightly brush the edges with the beaten egg.
- Bake and serve – Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and puffed up. Serve hot or at room temperature.

Recipe Tips
- Use cold puff pastry – It’s really important to use cold puff pastry. It’s much easier to work with and to cut. It will also puff up easier if it’s cold.
- Prep ahead ingredients โ If you plan to make these with kids, I recommend getting everything prepped before hand. It will make it much easier.

Substitutions
- Puff pastry – If you’d like to make these but would prefer a different base, you could use store bought pizza dough, Homemade Pizza Dough or even tortilla wraps cut into little pumpkins.
- Toppings – You can use any toppings you like for these pizzas, I just went with basic pepperoni.

Serving
If you are planning anything Halloween, these would make a great addition. Why not serve them with the Mummy Sausage Rolls and the Halloween Mini Pizzas. Then for a spooky inspired dessert, serve up the Chocolate Mummy Brownies or Halloween Mummy Rice Krispie Treats!
