Mother’s Day is approaching soon and why not surprise Mom with a few of these Mother’s Day Brunch Recipes. I’ve rounded up a few of my favourites that I feel many Mothers would enjoy on their special day.

I think it’s a great idea to serve sweet and savoury foods for a Mother’s Day brunch. You can try to break it down into categories like I’ve done here for you. Choose one or two things from each category and you’ll be sure to have plenty of dishes to serve all tastes!
- Main Dish: Spinach Frittata or the Bacon and Egg Breakfast Casserole
- Side Dish: Citrus Salad, Smoked Salmon Rolls or the Berry Salad
- Sweet Dish: Strawberry Scones or the Blueberry Brioche Bread Pudding
- Dessert: Ricotta Cake or Vanilla Cupcakes
